£20,720.16 p.a.

Inclusive of pensionable salary, and an expected £2,978 p.a. discretionary incentive paid quarterly (subject to Company performance against targets).

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week covering from 9am to 5pm

Key Purposes

• Ensure technician installation capacity is fully utilised within a defined geographical area (ie FTM or Installation Team).
• Process work within the agreed service level agreements, ie phone the customer and plan or update with retry booking date on the system (Eagle).
• Ensure the work is planned with the decision maker and the correct questions are asked, ie description of work etc.
• Keep brand owner sales informed on a job by job basis of any contact issues/stock to sell etc. (via phone call if cannot plan the work in).
• Update regional tracker with accurate value of the installation taking place.
• Remove any cancelled/rearranged jobs from the regional trackers.
• Apply for date extensions where appropriate and there is justification.
• Liaise with technicians, field team managers and Service Providers as needed.
• Highlight any potential resource capacity issues to the CSC Team Manager
• Assist with audit of work and census of equipment in Customer Outlets.

Key Measurables

• Daily work load report which identifies unplanned/retry booking dates.
• Target v's planned value on regional trackers.
• Date extensions requested.
