With more than half a million customers they provide emergency rescue and breakdown cover for people on the road and in the home, as well as providing insurance for more than 200,000 customers.
Our Client also employs almost 480 people across the country.

The Role:
As Quantitative Analyst you will be joining a Pricing & Business Analytics team that is growing and have the opportunity to influence decision making across the business.

In this role you will:
Provide dynamic MI tools to provide instant insight and build elasticity models which will enable us to optimise the income/volume trade-off.

Manager/maintain business reporting so there is continued focus on delivering market leading techniques.
Liaise with business owners to determine their data needs to support data democratisation across the business.

The Person:
Degree in MSc/PhD in mathematics/engineering discipline.
Experience with multi-variable analysis and optimisation
Highly numerate with the ability to solve complex problems.
Influencing & Communication skills.
Ability to produce accurate and high quality work to agreed deadlines.
Experience of preparing and delivering documentation detailing outcomes of technical processes to a wide ranging audience.
Strong programming ability in SQL, C++, R, Java, VBA.
Experience leading/delivering technical projects.
Strong data management, analytical and reporting skills -experience of using these in a high data volume environment.
Extensive knowledge of statistical modelling techniques such as regression, prediction and forecasting.
