We are looking to recruit a Data Analyst to work within the HR Payroll Team. You will be supporting two key projects requiring data migration, user testing, supporting the payroll team to ensure projects are delivered in scope and on time.

The data analyst will be responsible for:

  • Extracting and summary of data
  • Checking, mapping, and reformatting in specific formats
  • Creating archive records from system in usable formats
  • Supporting in template preparation for inputs
  • Basic report running
  • Audit control and reconciliations

Required Skills:-

  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Strong proficiency and accuracy in extracting and analysing data
  • Good attention to detail - able to critically assess data and ensure it is accurate
  • IT skills required: Excellent user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • You'll have outstanding analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Process driven
  • Work on own initiative
  • A strong work ethic
  • A flexible attitude to tasks
  • Willing to learn new skills
  • Sap and Business Objects experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

This is a 9-month FTC with the potential for an extension to 12 months.
