Paraplanner/Administrator circa £33 000 - pro rata, part - time position

Flexibility in the hours, possibility for 10am to 3.30pm or 3 to 4 days a week.

Great opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join an established Chartered Financial Planning company. Become a part of a motivated IFA team that proud themselves on providing an outstanding service to their clients!

About the role

You would provide the research and writing reports on a range of financial planning services. You understand the advice process which would reflect on preparation of suitability letters, ensuring they are compliant and technically accurate.

About you

You come from a Paraplanning background and you have a great knowledge of investments, pensions and protection. You are Diploma qualified, or you are close to achieving one. You enjoy working on your own initiative as well as being a part of a team!

Are you self - motivated, driven to succeed and deliver fist class service to clients? Do you have a CAN DO attitude? You are IT literate and have been exposed to use of fund analysis tools?

Main responsibilities

  • Supporting Financial Planner and work alongside them on advice strategies
  • Conducting research on products and investment strategies
  • Producing supporting documentation and suitability reports for meetings
  • Preparing clients reviews
  • Being able to handle client correspondence of behalf of advisers when needed
