Your job will be:
*Taking full responsibility for end to end recruitment for assigned roles
*Attracting candidates through innovative and creative recruitment methods, utilising multiple sourcing tools
*Evaluating candidate´s skills, experience, and suitability through screening processes
*Managing the candidate experience throughout the process
*Working closely with clients to understand their business, identifying successful candidate profiles and personality fit for a variety of different teams
*Meeting with the hiring managers, running progress meetings, debriefs and candidate interviews
*Meeting with the hiring managers on a weekly basis and running progress meetings, debriefs and candidate interviews
To be a good fit you need:
*At least 6 months of recruitment experience - preferably in the IT sector
*Basic knowledge of IT technologies
*Exceptional verbal and written communication ability
*Proven ability to take ownership and drive results
*Overriding commitment to quality and the needs of the client
*Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
