Trailer Fitter/ Mechanic

Our client are an authorized distributor of a leading Commercial Trailer brand and are seeking to recruit a Trailer Fitter to join their maintenance team in Belfast.

We are looking to speak with candidates with mechanical knowledge, preferably with experience on HGV Trailers, Commercial Vehicles or Diesel Mechanics.

Working in a team workshop environment, the role will involve carrying out mechanical and technical repairs to a variety of commercial HGV trailers, including refrigerated trailers.

You will undertake general servicing and maintenance including inspections and PSV preparation, diagnosing faults and repairing to a high standard.

• Able to communicate effectively
• A proactive approach to your workload to get jobs done efficiently and on time
• Ability to work in a team with awareness of Health and Safety practices
• Professional and reliable attitude to your work

Salary is negotiable and dependant on experience, however you can expect a very competitive rate of pay
