An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Manpower working on site at our client as an onsite Talent Acquisition Specialist/Resourcer based at their prestigious facility in Hove, BN3 7PN. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 6 months, working a 37.5 hour week. This role is paying between £24 and £26K per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking the next step in their career who is an expert in souring passive candidates but wants to step away from the sales element of recruitment and would be ideally suited to those who are currently working in a client relationship role, or inhouse recruitment or resourcing role. Although this position is based in Hove there will be recruitment carried out across the UK.

Accountabilities and responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and building a pipeline of candidates both white collar and technical staff to fit the future requirements of the business.
  • Utilising LinkedIN license and web sites to identify passive candidates for the upcoming roles.
  • Direct liaison with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Direct liaison with teams through full recruitment lifecycle
  • Utilise knowledge and information collected to deliver first time CVs and time to fill.
  • Preparation and or creation of job adverts, job postings and candidate application management
  • Conduct candidate pre-screening both online and through telephone calls
  • Manage applications direct from job postings, as well as using LinkedIn and online CV databases to source candidates.
  • Ensure successful networking of talent pipeline via LinkedIn

Key Skills

  • Experience working in a client relationship role, recruitment, internal/in house recruitment or resourcing role
  • Excellent LinkedIn and Candidate sourcing technicques.
  • Competent in Microsoft word, Outlook & Excel
  • Ability to pick up new systems easily, accustomed to working digitally using different systems
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong communication skills, confident telephone manner for candidate screening and conference calls.
