An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client is currently seeking a Digital Transformation Manager (Global) based in Blackfriars in London. This is a full-time role for a period of 8 months, working full time, Monday-Friday. This role is paying between £53600 and £69000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.

Position Summary:

Our Client has been driving a large scale, global business transformation program in digital to ensure that our biggest brands win with our consumers in this Connected World, through best-in-class digital marketing. The program will design and deliver intelligent, data driven, and consumer centric marketing powered by an interconnected digital ecosystem.

Key Deliverables and Accountabilities:

Strategy:

  • Input and contribute to the development of the Consumer Experience Excellence (CXX) Strategy and step-up programme.. This also involves working with SME's in each function & key capability pillars to ensure alignment to business objectives and alignment with the teams.
  • Define approach to deliver CXX to Digital Transformation Teams, Brands and Markets and shape the deployment and execution plan into Unilever's top Global Brands x key Markets globally. Lead the step-up for key cells (and support the teams leading the other cells as required) to deliver from project and into BAU by supporting change management.
  • Work with DMPT team to deliver a dashboard with qualitative and quantitative measures that would allow UL business (Brands x Markets) to effectively monitor and evaluate Customer Experience Excellence (CXX)
  • POC for a set of markets to drive the Digital Programme agenda and provide guidance on digital adoption. Escalate issues and address market challenges that arise
  • Identify and share digital Best practices concepts, ideas and techniques to achieve D2.0 Programme objectives and disseminate through various forums and communication channels.
  • Lead and develop Digital Best Practice, (Self Service)Toolkits, Playbooks and Guidelines for Brands, Markets and Functions to drive Digital Excellence
  • Inspire and input into the Global Brands and Key Local Jewels Digital Strategies, Digital journeys, Digital Workshops
  • Define and update UL Digital Innovation Roadmap with SME's/Key Stakeholders and identify key innovations to for piloting/experimentation and work with Brands to launch

Communications & Reporting:

  • Define Communication Plans and materials to deploy key strategic Digital Transformation Initiatives (incl. CXX), including production and delivery of communication materials and guidance for Brands and Markets
  • Create reports/presentations to update key stakeholders on progress of D2.0 Programme as and when required, specifically for CXX
  • Prepare Pre-reads and supporting Presentations for Monthly Steer Cos, MCLTs, MLT, CCLTs, ULE and other Leadership meetings
  • Prepare Presentation for Townhalls, CEO Forums, etc.
  • Prepare Presentations for EVP (Rahul) as an when required (both Internal and External)
