Data Input Operator

Manpower are currently recruiting for a data in input operator to start immediately for their client based in Barlborough, Chesterfield. This is a temporary role with the contract expected to last 6 weeks with the possibility of an extension. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, 09:30M - 06:00PM, Monday to Friday.

Duties:

• Proactively chasing departments/person concerned for updates on incidents to ensure incidents are being managed within SLA
• Management of aged incidents ensuring timely closure
• To update all incidents appropriately
• Clear and concise updates reflecting true call progression
• Ensuring engineer working instructions reflects what is required of the engineer
• Ensuring parts are booked to the correct engineer
• To identify, record and escalate chargeable incidents to the Chargeable Team

The successful candidate will be paid £8.97/ph.
