Global Talent & Learning project Assistant
Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client a blue chip FMCG company with brands such as Walls, Persil, Magnum and Knorr are currently seeking a Global Talent & Learning Project Assistant based in Kingston, Surrey. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 4 months, working 36.25 hours, Monday-Friday. This role is paying between £31600 to £39500 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.
50% of the time will be based on Kingston site and 50% will be based in London Blackfriars, travel costs will be able to be claimed for the travel to Blackfrairs.

What are the main responsibilities?
-Support in bringing the Expertise strategy to life, working closely with the T&O leadership team. We want someone that can support bringing clarity on progress & jobs to be done, PMO key projects, do some analytics and executive presentations.

Hard skills
- Work experience- more than 3-4 years (desirable)
- HR background / HRBP and/or expertise
- Good written/ design skills- building impactful presentations & white papers
Experience:
- Excellent and proven writing skills and development of presentations to be delivered to senior stakeholders.
- HR experience, ideally 3-5 years
- HRBP/Expertise experience ideally
- Executive power points
- Excellent Excel
- Medium skill, some analytics and insights.
- PMO skills
