IT Customer Support

Do you have customer service experience and want to move into IT? Due to an internal promotion a national organisation in Oxford is looking for another team member to join the IT Department in a position that offers excellent training and IT career opportunities.

Supporting a busy IT department you would be involved in all areas of customer service and IT system related support for fellow Branches and Central Support Staff, ensuring that any system or operational queries are answered, logged and resolved in a timely fashion and that Company objectives are met. The suitable candidate for the IT Customer Support must therefore be self-starting, and capable of both working effectively on their own and as part of a team. You should show a flexible and committed attitude, have telephone customer service experience and the motivation to succeed in delivering an excellent service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
