Based in the heart of Newcastle and offering you the opportunity to work alongside a team of highly experienced consultant's your focus will be based around the payrolling of PAYE personnel and Sub Contractors within Industries such as petrochemical, heavy engineering, and renewable energy among many others

We are looking to hire an Administrator to work within our very successful Engineering team in Newcastle, you will help continue our success by payrolling personnel who are working for prestigious and high profile companies throughout the UK and abroad

Daily duties will include but not be limited to:-

  • Producing Reports / Data Analysis
  • Payroll - chasing timesheets, approvals
  • Producing LTD Contracts
  • Compliance
  • LTD Co Invoicing
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • Processing holiday / sick pay
  • Support with assigning / unassigning candidates
  • Candidate contact,
