Contract Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Contract Consultant to provide on-site HR and recruitment support in Erskine.

Ideally with previous HR experience, you will provide day to day advice and guidance to a range of employees and clients. You will manage a range of queries including attendance, pay, holidays and development.

You will also manage the end to end recruitment process which includes creating adverts, identifying and matching suitable candidates to vacancies. You will be creative and be able to implement a range of attraction methods.

You will be a strong communicator who can establish the on-going employee requirements of the client through the development of close business relationships. You will be a confident individual who can address problems, suggest solutions and implement them quickly.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or working towards their CIPD. You will have a sound knowledge of employment law with excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications.

This is a part-time position working 22.5 hours over Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

Salary £20,000 - £22,000 FTE (depending on experience).
