Manpower is currently recruiting for a Operational Marketing Executive on behalf of our client, an American multinational financial services corporation with a location in Brighton. This is a full-time temporary position working 9am to 5pm for to the end of December. You will be provided with training on your first few weeks.

An exciting opportunity for an Operational Marketing Executive has opened in the Enterprise Marketing Platforms & Solutions organisation. The team is responsible for operational set up and execution of digital marketing campaigns that are managed across several international markets. We own the end-to-end campaign set up process and manage network capabilities to support our Merchants' objectives via these digital campaigns.

In this role, you will support the team with campaign on-boarding across key European markets. The main responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Supporting the Data Validation Manager in the evaluation of merchant data for priority merchants and industries
  • Assisting in identifying and implementing approaches to remediate data challenges across all stakeholders
  • Ability to articulate complex data findings into meaningful outcomes
  • Support with Offer Governance review and approvals, ensuring successful fulfilment of the offers 100% of the time
  • Building campaign Terms and Conditions to be clear, consistent and honest to our Customers
  • End-to-end digital offer on-boarding; this includes offer setup, offer monitoring and issue resolution
  • Customer Service and technology liaison, to drive issue resolution for live campaigns.
  • Act as a point of contact when and where questions arise from business partners and marketing team with a focus on customer needs.
  • Help to establish a consistent process, best practices and identify areas for improvements
  • Support roll out of new capabilities and marketing solutions using our network platform in EMEA to support end to end campaign review and approval

We are looking for a dynamic self-starter who is motivated, can drive others and can act with a high level of independence. You will have a strong focus on customers and stakeholders, both internal and external. The candidate must possess a strong attention to detail together with excellent project management skills. The role combines a great instinct for identifying improvements and developing processes from an operational level. Finally, you will need to feel comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment.

Qualifications: Requirements / Competencies:

  • Excellent data manipulation and analysis skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to independently manage multiple work-streams
  • Drive results with excellent attention to detail
  • Organizational and relationship skills - able to work with internal and external partners
  • Communication skills, with ability to translate and explain technical concepts
  • Language skills is an advantage as the role will support multiple European stakeholders across Europe
  • Strong focus on customers to deliver successful campaigns across key market End to End
  • Drive to conceptualise and implement process efficiencies where possible
