As an Assistant Manager you'll lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver great service to customers. In a fast-moving environment, you'll know how to have fun too, while keeping store performance on track.
You will be responsible for overseeing the Sales Assistants ensuring they deliver an efficient and friendly service to a variety of customers including professional decorators, contractors and DIY enthusiasts. You will also be required to order products when low on stock, help employee's with personal development plans and handling customer complaints.
