Supply Chain Planner
The Role:
- Global supply chain distribution to key customers.
- Manage key accounts, build and maintain relationships by delivering an efficient and professional service.
- Order planning and acknowledgement, tracking, shipping, invoicing, quality issues and inbound freight management orders, successfully manage your overall supplier order book.
- Responsible for filing transactions, identifying customer needs and establishing order requirements,
- scheduling and placement of final order.
- Understand your market and establish yourself as a professional within your selected field.
- Regularly communicate between departments to ensure a smooth operation and that tasks are completed efficiently, work closely with the inventory department to ensure orders and stock management are aligned.
The Requirements:
- Supply chain / International distribution experience.
- IT Literate with proven administration skills and adaptable to learn company specific systems.
- Able to prioritise workload effectively and perform daily, weekly and month reports to management.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional manner especially when interacting with clients.
- Thrive in a target driven role with the ability to work to time constraints and KPI's.
- Strong organisational and forward-thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.

- £20,000 - £24,000
- Full-Time - 6 Month Contract / Permanent Opportunity

- Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00 (16:30 on Friday)
