Supply Chain Planner

The Role:

  • Global supply chain distribution to key customers.
  • Manage key accounts, build and maintain relationships by delivering an efficient and professional service.
  • Order planning and acknowledgement, tracking, shipping, invoicing, quality issues and inbound freight management orders, successfully manage your overall supplier order book.
  • Responsible for filing transactions, identifying customer needs and establishing order requirements,
  • scheduling and placement of final order.
  • Understand your market and establish yourself as a professional within your selected field.
  • Regularly communicate between departments to ensure a smooth operation and that tasks are completed efficiently, work closely with the inventory department to ensure orders and stock management are aligned.


The Requirements:

  • Supply chain / International distribution experience.
  • IT Literate with proven administration skills and adaptable to learn company specific systems.
  • Able to prioritise workload effectively and perform daily, weekly and month reports to management.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional manner especially when interacting with clients.
  • Thrive in a target driven role with the ability to work to time constraints and KPI's.
  • Strong organisational and forward-thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.


The Package:

  • Gloucester Based
  • £20,000 - £24,000
  • Full-Time - 6 Month Contract / Permanent Opportunity
  • Immediate start available
  • Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00 (16:30 on Friday)
