Quality Manager

Manpower is looking for a Quality Manager to join one of our most valued clients, a global leader within the Manufacturing industry. To be based at their State-of-the-art facility in Bristol, the Quality Manager will be tasked with maintaining, monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of the quality management system. Conducting internal audits on company quality management system. Implementing the companies quality policy, review contents and scope and ensure its updated accordingly.

The business is well established, market leaders within the manufacturing industry. Their investments in recent years have led to their establishment as a truly global manufacturer of packaging machinery.

As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing monthly reports to the management team and discuss performance against KPI's and target areas requiring improvement.
• Support purchasing by organising and carrying out supplier audits.
• Issue and communicate the company Quality KPI monthly reports.
• Measure the business' supplier management system with the purchasing department.
• Tran new starters on the site quality management system, quality policy and company values.

To be successful in the role of Quality Manager, you will be expected to have the following skills and experience:

• Firm knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 12100 Machinery Safety Directive.
• 3-5 years' experience in Implementing management systems, specifically ISO 9001.
• IRCA Lead Auditor certified or formal Auditing qualification.
• Experience in working with suppliers and conducting supplier audits.

In return for your services you will receive an outstanding remuneration package which includes a salary circa £45,000 - £55,000 plus additional benefits.
