Are you immediately available and seeking an ongoing temporary position based in the heart of Bristol's Business Quarter?
You will be working for one of the leading banks in the finance district on a full time basis.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 09.00am -17.00pm
In this diverse role, you'll undertake a vast array of duties - varying in complexity and provide a crucial point of contact for Client queries covering a wide range of subjects and products. You'll provide a vital channel of communication via a professional telephone service and through composing concise correspondence conveying necessary information to professionally manage Client expectations.
Some of your duties will include but not limited too
General banking and office administration
Dealing with highly confidential information on a daily basis
Updating systems
Providing first class customer service to both internal and external customers
Sending out correspondence
Liaising with internal departments for information
Dealing with incoming queries
To be successful in this role, you'll be extremely organised and possess the ability to work in an environment of fast changing priorities, adapting quickly to an ever changing work schedule. With a strong communication style, you'll work well in a team but be equally as efficient working on your own initiative.
Ideally, you will come from a proven history within office administration / Customer service and have a passion for developing your career.
You will also need to sign a declaration of secrecy and be able to pass a credit check.
