Manpower is partnering with a leading speciality chemicals manufacturer in their search for a Reliability Engineer. To join the team at their Teeside facility, the Reliability Engineer will play a key supporting role on site to ensure the continued efficiency of equipment in order to efficiently meet production demands.

As Reliability Engineer on a top-tier COMAH site, your core challenges will include;
*Contributing to the development of the site maintenance strategy
*Implementing maintenance reliability projects to ensure production efficiency
*Working closely with manufacturing teams to identify and address potential issues
*Overseeing capital projects on site that are in line with the business' upgrading plans
*Identifying continuous improvement opportunities
*Ensuring that all work and projects undertaken are in line with COMAH and other relevant industry regulations
*Scoping out potential risks on site to both staff safety and production flow
*Promoting a culture of HSE on site

This role will suit an individual that has a real passion for Engineering. Due to the people-centric values of the business, they will look to further develop your skillset and experience which will ideally include;
*Degree educated within a Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or other relevant)
*Chartered Engineer status (working towards or desire to gain)
*Proven track record in a similar role within the chemicals/oil & gas/petrochemicals industry
*Diverse range of experience on relevant chemical processing equipment
*Able to work cross-functionally and develop strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
*Experience of working on a COMAH facility
*Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing compliance and regulations
*Thorough appreciation of health and safety
