This is your chance to join the team at the AA's contact centre in Cheadle. You'll receive all the training and coaching you need to really help you to reach your full potential, as well as the financial rewards you deserve for your success.

As a Call Centre Advisor, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by assisting existing customers with queries about their account, giving more information to prospective customers, or perhaps working to keep customers who want to leave the company.

You'll be persuasive, driven and resilient, and will demonstrate examples of these characteristics from your working or personal life. Previous experience in a sales or service environment would be preferred, but this isn't essential as you'll receive full product and call handling training, as well as the possibility to study for an NVQ in Customer Services.

Your working rota will be between the hours of 08.00 and 20.15, and will include weekend shifts and bank holidays.
