An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for Consumer Market Insight Assistant Managers based at Unilever's global HQ in Blackfriars, London. These are full time temporary roles for a period of 6 months, working a 36.25 hour week, paying up to £34,200 per annum pro rata depending on experience.

This CMI role is within the global Ice Cream CMI team, based in 100VE. In order to support, build and continue to drive growth for the brand, the role requires a CMI assistant manager to inspire and provoke new ways to see opportunities for our business and to help shape brilliant communication on what our brands bring to the table. You will have the opportunity to work across many areas of the marketing agenda, from concept, mix, advertising development to post-launch evaluation, from brand strategy to consumer strategic understanding, with digital at it's heart. This Magnum role offers many opportunities to make a direct impact on the global business.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in CMI, with clear leadership skills that can be nurtured and developed. They will be inquisitive and willing to challenge the status quo, be able to use multiple information sources to tell a succinct story and give a point of view, and keen to be a true partner to Marketing.

Key Skills:
*You are expected to be fully operational in the majority of CMI skills for Market Research Fundamentals: idea generation and screening, concept testing, full mix testing, communication developing and testing.
*Basic appreciation of Market Analytics and Shopper Insight and new digital approaches for market research.
*Business/marketing awareness
*Analytical thinking to be able to see patterns across data sources
*Creative thinking to find new ideas and ways of doing things
*Clear communication and influencing skills
*Able to work independently and manage multiple projects

Relevant Experience:
*Market Research experience
*Knowledge of category, brands or relevant consumers an advantage
*Experience in client companies (for partnering agencies) a benefit
