Manpower is currently recruiting for Customer Service Adviser / Administrator. Responsibilities include: Taking calls on the front line from customers. Liaising in a professional manner with both domestic and commercial customers. Taking gas orders via telephone while logging details on an in house computer system. Multi-tasking and time/task management. Handling and resolving customer queries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner. Maintaining positive relationships with ongoing customers and ensuring they are happy with the service that we are providing. Setting up direct debit agreements. Credit management and debt collection for both commercial and domestic customers General administration.

The successful candidate should:
-Have an excellent customer focus and experience in a customer advisory role in an office environment.
-Have a pleasant, clear, and professional telephone manner.
-Possess good business administration skills.
-Have the ability to multi-task and manage a busy and varied work load.
-Be proficient with IT and computer systems. Be assertive during training and be quick to learn.
-Be passionate about customer services and be equipped with the knowledge an understanding of how to handle difficult calls.
-Be punctual, reliable, hard-working and honest.
-Good work ethic.
-Customer service experience.
-IT literate.
-Polite and professional telephone manner.
