Are you an experienced Recruitment Account Manager/Professional looking for a new exciting position, responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process working with Manpower Group's largest international RPO client?

Based on our client's site in Osterley, West London, you will support the Service Delivery Manager responsible for our client's Retail and Volume Recruitment across the UK managing the end to end recruitment process to achieve intake fulfilment, working closely with our client's key stakeholders to deliver the best possible recruitment service.

This will include the management of the full life cycle recruitment processes to include: candidate attraction/sourcing, screening, behavioural based interviewing, candidate management and offer negotiations. You will monitor and report on the attraction teams' pipelines and campaigns to ensure strict SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded, and so you need to have strong analytical skills and the ability to react to potential issues. You will have a passion for delivering excellent service with a very keen eye for detail to ensure that delivery through all aspects of the recruitment process.

You will need experience of working closely with client hiring managers, including creating job specifications, regular communication on applicant progress and identifying best candidates, and managing all stages of the process with them. Candidate experience is critical to Manpower Group, so you also need to ensure that all communication with candidates is of the highest quality through the process.

To support volume recruitment, we are committed to facilitating Assessment Centre/Experience days for candidates, and so you need to ensure that these are planned and organised to meet all future needs.

You will utilise a number of technology tools in order to review/monitor all key data, including an Applicant Tracking System, so you need to be confident/experienced in IT systems.

You will need a full clean driving licence and your own transport as you will be expected to travel to additional sites (eg, regional meetings) - this constitutes c 25% of your time, and all expenses incurred will be reimbursed.
