We are looking for an experienced sales person to join our Zipcar for Business team as a Sales Representative for the Paris market (based in London for 3-6 months minimum).
You will be expected to develop and manage a portfolio of clients from a diverse range of industries, including SMEs, public sector organisations, consultants and independent traders.

Developing a prospecting plan and taking responsibility for pro-active lead generation, including outbound cold calling and leveraging existing business relationships for new leads.
Identifying efficient sources for lead generation, analysing the results obtained and suggesting improvements, working with the marketing team.
Generating and driving implementation of initiatives to grow Zipcar for Business revenue.
Having a detailed knowledge of the city of Paris.
Keeping an up to date understanding of the competitors to Zipcar in Paris.
Seeking out and negotiating partnerships to create new business account sign ups.
Representing Zipcar at business events & city functions to further business relationships and lead opportunities.
Managing accounts that join Zipcar for Businesses, encouraging businesses to take their first reservation and taking a consultative approach to up-selling further drivers, insurance options and internal & external expansion.
Identifying which accounts have a strong potential for growth.
Share best practices with colleagues in other European Zipcar markets.
Reach and exceed your monthly objectives for new revenue and accounts.
Using Sales force CRM software to manage your lead pipeline and accounts.

The ideal candidate will:
Have at least 2 years' experience in sales and business development, ideally within a start-up or in a company that has undergone rapid changes, Be able to demonstrate the revenue impact of sales activity at previous roles, Be a self-starter, with an entrepreneurial approach, Be proactive, commercially-minded and target-driven
Possess excellent sales skills, including the tenacity and self-awareness to continue to drive their sales success, Have a confident, friendly telephone manner, Demonstrate excellent written communication skills and presentation skills, Possess strong organisational skills and time management,
Be eager to get involved in group-learning to ensure the continued success of the company, Leadership experience is a bonus, Have experience in using CRM tools (preferably Sales force), Have an excellent knowledge of Paris, ideally with experience of living in the city.
French national, fluent English (prospecting will be in French, internal work will be mainly in English)
