General description
To process the Transfer Up of County Court Judgements / Employment Tribunal Awards, and Foreign Judgements to the High Court, and issue of Writs for enforcement, and deal with and resolve any clients general queries on enforcement, queries relating to the clients instructions, problems with the documents filed at court, together with queries raised by the courts. You will manage the renewal / reissue of writs, due to expire and having expired and in preparing all the necessary paperwork (including any witness statements, court applications) deal with any queries as they arise.

This job will at times be highly pressurised, and require at all times a high degree of attention to detail due to the nature of job, and will only suit a candidate who appreciates the need to complete tasks to a time scale, and is prepared to go the extra mile as needed.
A high degree of close working with other team members, as well as clients, and courts is required; therefore excellent communication and understanding skills are a requirement.

Core duties and responsibilities
To input new case instructions, and check the validity and details of those instructions.
To create all documents that, are require and associated with those instructions, and file with the courts as necessary.
To deal with clients queries as they arise, and in doing so install confidence in the client of our ability to effectively manage the process
To deal with the courts queries as they arise, and chase courts as needed for updates and returns of papers.
To carry out case reviews.
To produce reports to clients on cases.
To produce as required reports to management.
To maintain original paper records and scan to file
To maintain records of fees paid by clients, who have:-
oProvided cheques for the court fees in advance
oMaintain an account with us for fee drawing as required, and notify of top up's as required.
To maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment in all areas of contact at all times. To maintain personal workspace and communications room, in a clean and tidy fashion.
To make occasional external visits to other company Group Offices, Clients, and Courts if required.
To comply with the "Duties of Employees" which are in Annex B, Part Two of the Safety Policy. In particular you must:
oTake reasonable care for the H&S of themselves and others,
oWear any protective clothing, that has been issued to them, as directed by a manager,
oReport to a manger or supervisor any defects in premises, systems, equipment or protective clothing that may affect H&S.
oNot to misuse, immobilise or deface any item that may be provided in the interests of H&S

IT Literate - proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Proven Numeracy and literacy skills
Excellent communicator, at all levels and both written and verbally
Data entry skills

Knowledge and skills: desirable
Good working knowledge of and understanding of the Transfer Up Process.
Good working knowledge of High Court Enforcement
Background knowledge of the court systems, and court applications.
Background knowledge of managing accounts

Qualifications: desirable
Minimum of 5 GCSE'S including English and Maths

Experience: essential
Experience of Data Entry.
Inbound and Outbound confidence in dealing with customers of the telephone
Ability to write letters
