As the Product Manager you will lead the development and management of new and existing products or propositions across the FRM, Data Check and Fleet 2 portfolio for company to achieve EBITDA, sales and revenue targets.

What will I be doing?
Managing and delivering best practice for the company products/propositions in order to support key business objectives. This encompasses all the brands within AADT including International.
Jointly managing the P&L/contribution of relevant products as agreed with line manager.
Carrying out regular reviews of AADT products and propositions and ensuring they are competitive and demonstrate clear benefits for customers, within a compliant framework.
Working with internal business teams to review and evaluate existing products and recommending and developing new product proposition areas and achieving buy-in from all relevant parties. As well as developing and managing key product messages, business rules and USPs for promotion through marketing, internal communications and PR.
Creating and submitting business cases and change requests for approval to allow new product developments to proceed with the necessary internal resources.
Ensuring products and propositions comply with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Taking responsibility for end-to-end delivery of new product developments or enhancements to existing products through a structured project management approach.
Working with all key stakeholders across the business to ensure solutions are approved by all parties as set out in the working relationships section.
Supporting the delivery of communications and events to sales and account managers as well as the Academy by delivering presentations.
Supporting the roll out of new product changes by delivering staff training in conjunction with the Academy.
Monitoring and benchmarking competitor products to ensure AADT maintains its competitive advantage and to keep the business updated on competitor developments.
Developing and managing commercial opportunities with external partners for promotion/development of relevant products.
Supporting and developing a single platform infrastructure to manage all B2B risk management products longer term.

What do I need?
*To be educated to 'A" level standard or equivalent
*To be Computer literate and have Microsoft Office skills
*An understanding of product development and marketing communications
*Campaign or project management experience
*Previous experience of Product development and/or management experience
*To be highly numerate
*Good written and verbal skills
*Presentation skills
*Influencing and persuasion skills
*Budgetary management experience
