Our Bolton based Client is looking for experienced customer service advisers to work in their fostering solutions team. This position can be both demanding & rewarding as you will be working with people within the community who wish to or are already working with the fostering service.

Could your next position be the first point of contact for all enquiries and leads received from potential foster carers receiving inbound telephone calls and making outbound telephone calls as required. Effectively handle all inbound and outbound calls on the Fostering Advice Centre. Handling the FAC inbound and outbound calls in line with the established process. Take personal responsibility to ensure all promised call backs are actioned within agreed timescales. Data inputting web enquiries onto Charms· Producing Charms reports and following processes to complete associated tasks

·Accurately complete daily logs to capture the type and volume of calls received in line with the established process
·Adhere to all DPA and confidentiality expectations in the handling of information and data
·Support with procedures and process development and improvements as requested.
·Support with policy reviews and updates as required

Provide a professional service to all
·Prompt and professional response to all requests.
·Ensure all stakeholders are treated professionally (may include ad hoc reception cover as required)

Fortnightly working pattern

·Week 1
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

·Week 2
Monday to Thursday 11pm - 7pm
Friday 9am - 5pm
