Overview:

*To provide administrative support to a wide variety of supply chain and vehicle provision focused activities including e-procurement and competitive tenders.
*Generating quotations for specialist rental services for clients through e-procurement procedures.
*This role is arranging supplier quotations for specialist rental services using a list of preferred suppliers.
*General support to the Supply Chain Managers in their duties, including being the focal point for adjacent functions, and the wider business where necessary.
*In-life management of supply chain contracts and relationships as appropriate.
*Administration of supplier management tools and procedures (including compliance, documentation and contractual change management and Contract Awareness), to ensure that control is maintained throughout the relevant projects' lifecycle.
*Receiving data from suppliers and inputting into fleet management system.
*Keeping the fleet management system up-to date with supplier information.
*Ensure team compliance with Group corporate governance and Commercial and Supply Chain policies and procedures.
*Undertaking due diligence assessments and maintenance of all supplier registers.
*Positively administer compliance with our internal policies and procedures, as regards supply chain practice in respect of all tasks assigned.
*To ensure Company health, safety and environmental procedures are complied with at all times.
*To actively contribute to the achievement of both individual and department targets and objectives.
