An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently recruiting an experienced Digital Communications Coordinator ( Sustainability Team). This is a full time, temporary role to start ideally October 2016 and is expected to run for at least 6.5 months. The salary for this position is paying between £30,400-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The role will predominantly be based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Blackfriars, London ( 2-3 days per week), along with the benefit of offering agile working between the Unilever's Kingston facility.

A position has been resourced within the reporting team to help deliver the 2016-2017 reporting. This is a temporary assignment within the Sustainable Living Plan for a Digital Co-ordinator within the Reporting Team in Sustainable Business & Communications (part of Marketing).
This temporary position focuses primarily on delivering and leading the digital elements of the reporting process to enable the Reporting team to concentrate on delivering content. However, elements of the job also involve timetabling and checking of content so an eye for detail is necessary.
The Reporting team works closely with the in-house Digital team and their retained digital agency to design and structure the website; and with external writers to create fresh content sourced from across the business each year.
The Digital Co-Ordinator will work with the reporting and digital teams, digital design agencies and writers and content owners.
Main purpose and accountabilities
This is an exciting opportunity to support the Unilever Reporting Team by leading on the digital elements of the website build and delivery and tackling discrete projects within the 2016 report overall:
*Supporting the team to gather and manage content from its owners across the business
*Timetabling and tracking different elements across internal and external teams to ensure the project is delivered on time
*Managing the build of online deliverables to an agreed plan (e.g. website navigation, chart design, co-ordinating infographics etc.) and liaising with the in-house digital team
*Handling the process of uploading and checking content on the website; and refreshing and uploading charts
*Refining and analysing Google analytics for the sustainability section of for better tracking of audience needs
Key Skills
*A team player confident in communicating with senior managers and experienced in a busy head office or agency environment
*Able to work across multiple internal and external teams to tight deadlines
*Well organised and disciplined in project management
*Understanding of website design and tools, particularly how to drive the best user experience
*Advanced user of Google analytics
*Strong attention to detail
*Website design and communications practice, particularly digital communications
*Knowledge of company reporting - ideally sustainability reporting - or knowledge / interest for sustainability
*Good written English
