Overview

To provide a specialist service to the HR Department on HR Systems and Payroll Solutions

Ensure that Line Managers are trained and proficient in managing the onsite Time and Attendance Systems.
To be an escalation point to support and resolve Time and Attendance Issues on plant.
To be a point of contact for Llanelli Payroll issues.
To liaise with the HR Manager to ensure the time bound delivery of all HR Reporting requirements in line with the reporting schedules.
To the support the department extracting and manipulating raw data from the HR Systems into meaningful data and local reports.
To ensure the accuracy of the respective HR Systems.
To support the HR Manager during Forecasting and Budget activities.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience necessary

These should include:

Working knowledge of HR Systems including SAP, Open Options and My Options ( Crown)
Have excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel
Be able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation.
Previous experience in a front line generalist HR role.
CIPD Qualified or working towards
