We are looking for a Store Manager to be based in the Brighton Location.

My client offers an attractive salary of £30,880 pa along with additional benefits and bonuses.

*Holiday - 28 days per annum (including Bank Holidays), increasing by 1 day per complete years' service to a maximum of 33 days
*Bonus - opportunity to earn up to 25% of salary on a quarterly basis
*Pension Scheme - eligible on completion of probation, contributory scheme at 3%, increasing to 6% after two years' service

*Maintains an awareness of competitor activity and introduces and develops ideas to actively promote the store
*Ensures that self and others maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store, conducting regular maintenance checks and complying with company Health and Safety and Security procedures
*Delivers accurate and consistent adherence to Company profit protection measures
*Takes responsibility for the accurate completion of store administration, ensuring that weekly and monthly tasks are completed within deadlines and performance is reviewed against targets set
*Provides guidance and support to others through regular reviews of performance and delegation of tasks to promote individual development
*Manages the performance of others in accordance with Company Policy ensuring regular praise and encouragement to maximise the team potential
*Continually reviews own performance and requests feedback, whilst seeking opportunities to take on new learning
