To assist with the smooth running of the centre, it's visitors, all internal and external processes in order to support with delivery of a Government contract.

Personal Specifications:

*IT competent, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet
*Previous experience working in a customer facing environment
*Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
*Ability to plan, organise and meet deadlines
*Proven ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
*Polite and professional telephone manner
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*High standards of customer care and customer service
*Committed to working proactively and collaboratively within a team
*Ability to use own initiative
*The ability to be vigilant, confident and competent in order to challenge learner views or extremist ideas
