Project Description
This role is required to support the Windows 10 upgrade for HMRC. The plan is to upgrade all desktops, laptops and Surface Pro 3s to Windows 10 by the end of the year. HMRC have asked us to manage all communications activities for the duration of the project

Role Description
We need a team of people to support the ongoing communications for the project. This includes, managing a communications schedule, issuing emails to people expecting an upgrade, managing the mailbox and queries, getting customer feedback and moderating the Google+ Virtual Help Hub (The social media platform that enables people to ask questions about Windows 10 and their upgrade)

Task Description
This role needs someone with superb customer service. They'll be required to deal with customers and colleagues at all levels. As the customer facing side of the project they need to provide a positive and friendly service at all times
Issuing emails to people getting the upgrade (as per the rollout schedule)
Managing the project mailbox
Dealing with customer queries
Liaising with the Communications Manager to feed back any hot topics so that we can update comms and guidance
Moderating the Google+ virtual help hub (social media forum)
Managing a log of Frequently Asked Questions
