We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Classroom Implementation Manager for our Client based in Wiltshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and implementing changes within the classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Management of a nationwide tech refresh project including the day to day issues that arise as a result
- Managing several projects simultaneously ranging from catalogue customer requests to bespoke solutions where required
- Site visits to customers in the survey, planning and delivery stages of a project
- Input in the design of new solutions, including the processes and procedures to be used
- Day to day contact with customers to keep them fully updated at all times
- Planning and scheduling Engineer workloads with the aim of meeting customer SLA's and service commencement dates
- Initial point of contact for Field Engineers working out on site in relation to daily working issues, such as, absence, technical training, and working hours/ overtime
- Maintaining suitable hardware stock levels to allow for the implementation of all work within agreed SLAs
- Creation of technical documentation and user guides for software installations and usage

Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of the ACII Estate
- Ability to work alongside Engineers to provide technical support
- Ability to relate to the customer
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Must be willing to travel between customer sites

Desirable Skills:
- Experience of Project Management
