An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Call Center adviser based in Southport, Merseyside. If you have experience working within a call center environment, and pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service this is the role for you. Not only will you be working within a friendly team you will also be rewarded with monthly bonuses OTE of around £450 per month, this is uncapped allowing some advisers to earn up to £650 per month!

My client is one of the UK's largest training providers offering government funded Apprenticeships and providing work-based learning in a number of industries.
As a Call Center Adviser we are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service whilst meeting agreed targets. As this role is phone based, you will need to be an excellent communicator. This role is a varied role, providing a great opportunity for someone looking to enhance their sales skills further. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

* Work towards daily, weekly and monthly targets, seeking to achieve and exceed individual and team targets across sites classed as - National Accounts, Agreed to Call or Account Management Issue letters and promotional materials to interested employers with timetabled follow up calls
* Ensure compliance to Contact Center procedures and processes
Ensure excellent customer service provision through quality KPIs
* Making calls to existing clients in order to renew current services.
* Providing customers with world class customer service
* Meeting all agreed sales targets and performance targets set.
* Having an excellent understanding of the services in order to provide customers with a knowledgeable service.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

For the position of Call Center Adviser we are looking for the following experience:
* Previous experience in a customer focused sales environment
* Ideally phone based customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven ability to meet individual sales and quality KPIs

Experience of Contact Centers or a targeted customer service / sales environment e.g. Retail
A positive 'can-do' approach
* An Organised approach to daily activities
Clear focus on who are employers and potential learners are and an empathy to their training
* Ability to be creative in thought processes
* Works well as a team member
