Manpower is recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis, within a company based in Letchworth.

You will be responsible for data management and customer service.

Duties of the role will include:
*Liaising over the phone internally and externally
*Customer service
*General administration duties
*Dealing with complex issues

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and will have a professional, friendly and helpful telephone manner. You must have good attention to detail, strong maths skills and be PC Literate, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel. It is important that you are proactive and a team player with the willingness and ability to learn quickly and are reliable and punctual.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a Customer Service and administration environment and be available immediately.
