Great opportunity for someone to join a well-established corporate company in High Wycombe!!!!! Are you someone looking for a Full-Time Permanent role? Are you experienced in generating leads for a sales team? Are you someone who is looking for a bonus scheme that can pay you an extra £750.00 per month in additional wages ( average across current employees ) If so this could be the perfect role for you!!!!

In the role you will receive a basic salary of £20k You will also benefit from a fantastic bonus scheme where you can increase your earning potential, the current average take home pay in this role is £29,000k

The bonus scheme is unique and you can earn bonus in different ways which is broken down as follows, £650,00 paid to you for a cold call passed to the sales team where you have the found lead and fully qualified, £150.00 for a third party lead picked up and passed to the sales team, team lead where you have engaged with colleague £35.70, if a sales lead is converted by the sales team you will also receive an additional £100.00 35 completed calls per week also gives you £25.00 P/W.!!!!

You will be working in a modern, spacious, open plan office with excellent facilities including an on site restaurant, a newly refurbished staff breakout area, with comfortable seating, televisions and a pool table, as well as complimentary tea, coffee and fruit throughout the day.

Our client also hold social events such as team lunches when monthly targets are achieved, company lunches once a quarter and an annual Christmas party.

As the ideal candidate you will have the following skills, previous experience in B2B Telemarketing/Telesales, business acumen and a good understanding of business processes. Professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude. Results orientated, ability to work to targets.

Knowledge in any of the following industries would also be beneficial but is not essential, Aerospace & Defence; Public Sector; Industrial Manufacturing; Construction, Engineering & Infrastructure; Energy & Utilities; Oil and Gas; Process Industries (Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Paints)
