This internship is initially a contract but has the potential to be reviewed and extended after 6 months.

Sales Administrator:
In your role as Sales Administrator you will be responsible for managing, coordinating and processing changes to elements of the sales process which supports our European channel business.
The role centers around managing our legal documents that support our customers and partners, and ensuring they are maintained to the highest professional level. You will be actively coordinating the changes required to ensure our customers and partners are supported with a professional streamlined document and system at all times.
You will also liaise with other departments such as Customer Delivery (Service), Legal, Sales and Business Process teams as required to resolve issues and questions with the documentation that supports a sales transaction.

What you'll need to succeed:
You need to be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication, another language is beneficial, but not required.
You will have excellent Word skills, understanding how to use all aspects of MS Word such as formatting and editing.
Excellent technical (computers & internet) savvy along with knowledge of other Microsoft packages such as Excel.
You need to be an enthusiastic worker, with the ability to work independently and have strong time management and workflow skills.
