To offer Single Point of Contact to key customers who have specific service level requirements, KPI's and agreed rates.

To liaise with the Account Manager.

Reporting structure
Central Hire Supervisor with ultimate responsibility to Key Accounts Director

Main responsibilities
* To administer accounts offering single point of contact
* Raise quotations, deal with all quotation amendments, follow up on all quotations with aim of converting quotations to orders
* Forward orders and all relevant contractual information to depot to enable contract to be delivered successfully
* Liaise with depots regarding availability of stock
* Liaise with Key Accounts Director, and regional sales managers regarding rate queries
* Communicate with Supervisor and team to ensure team is aware of 'work in progress'
* Follow standard operating procedures to ensure process adherence and effective communication to all parties

Key factors for success (short-term, mid-term and long-term)
Success in 6 months will include:
o Increased Product Knowledge for the business
o Increase knowledge in business needs and budget implications
o Increased competency in Insphire and Navision
o Ability to work on own initiative with limited input from Manager
o Competent in 'Selling' skills
o Achievement of sales targets

Success in 1 year will include:
o Fully Competent in the handling of all customer queries
o Fully competent in the processing of data into Insphire and Navision
o Ability to solve customer issues with limited manager support
o Achieving or exceeding sales targets

Success in 3 years will include:
o Using your skills and knowledge to help develop and train new members of staff

Work Experience
* Ability to work in an operational/functional matrix organisation
* Must be methodical and organized, and work to high quality standards both as part of a team, and when working individually
* Previous experience in a telesales role or sales oriented environment where customer contact is regular
* Customer Focus
* Used to working in a busy environment and operating as a team member and using own initiative to solve problems.
Has proven experience and ability to work effectively with internal and/or external customers.
