Our client, one of the UK's leading energy companies, is currently looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator to support one of their B2C teams.

The Business Support Administrator will be responsible for producing reports to monitor complaints on the system to ensure that they have been closed whilst reallocating work to the rest of the team. There will be an element of problem solving involved and, once trained in the role, there might be an opportunity to develop further reports to assist the work.

The successful candidate will also be required to send email correspondence to the team and keep a system trail of the actions. There is no telephony work involved, however you will need to be confident as you will be required to communicate with the wider team as well as team managers.

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

*Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
*Excellent time management and organisational skills.
*Resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
*Willingness to be flexible in regards to changes in priorities.
*Problem solving ability.
*Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
