Our client, a US multinational organisation specialising in eCommerce technology, are currently establishing their EMEA technical support and customer care centre in Dublin and have an immediate requirement for two Team Leader positions.


Responsibilities:
* To lead a technical support and customer care team by ensuring KPI's and results are deliver to customers satisfaction and service level targets.
* Oversee all levels of customer and technical complaints or issues and those requiring escalation.
* Provide regular, proactive and timely communication and progress updates to customers.
* Motivate and lead a team of customer care and technical support staff.



Experience Required:
* Must have proven successful customer service leadership experience
* Must be Customer Service orientated
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team & also be a team player
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and with time constraints
* Native level Swedish, Norwegian or Danish fluency essential
