Manpower are working with a large business based in Hinckley who are looking for Customer Service professionals to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Customer Services Department. The role will be varied, dealing with customer queries and/or complaints through different channels i.e. handling inbound calls, responding to emails or making outbound follow up calls.


Your responsibilities will include:
-Answer telephone and email queries in a timely, professional manner.
-Follow up on quality control of all products being sent to customers by warehouse personnel.
-Daily check of payment and refund processing to ensure correct sales records.
-Collation of all customer care and web shop communication information.
-Investigating and responding to all service complaints from customers.
-Replying back to customer with company response within 24 hours. Ensure customers are kept informed if response/ follow up is required from another source and will take longer.

The ideal candidate:
-Proven previous experience in a customer service role.
-Excellent PC & typing skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Able to work in a team.
-Good attention to detail.
-An organised approach to your work and the ability to prioritise.

This is a fultime position, Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm.
