We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Client Onsite Manager based in Greater London. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an effective service to our Client within the supported systems capability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact for any issues, providing escalation assistance as required
- Liaise between the Client and the Business to ensure that information from the user requiring action is fed back to the Service Delivery Manager
- Provide guidance, assistance and local co-ordination for issues at Client sites
- Ensure all hardware is accounted for and any software delivered to site is entered into the software library
- Ensure the necessary visitor process paperwork is completed on time and act as an escort as required to those accessing the site
- Act as a Transition Manager for onsite delivery activities (hardware and software).
Including:
- Maintaining the transition plan in conjunction with Project Managers
- Liaise with the Client over any outage requirements
- Liaise with site authorities to ensure successful delivery
- Provide a focal point between the Client site and the Business

Essential Requirements:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- System Administration
- System Monitoring

Desirable Skills:
- Experience of CSIS Systems
- Experience in Web Development including Perl, Javascrift, Ajax and Apache
- Knowledge of Client, Server, N-Tier Development and CORBA
- Experience in Solaris, Shell scripting and packages
- Experience with MS operating systems including active directory
- Experience in Military Messaging
- Experience with Boldon James products including SAFEmail, Draft and Release, P7 Connector and Masterkey
