We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Technical Support Specialist for our Client based in Hook.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in fault resolution and repair.

Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that Helpdesk calls are responded to and completed within the timescales agreed in the Service Level Agreement.
- To investigate and diagnose incidents providing technical direction where appropriate.
- Testing hardware and software prior to rollout.
- Suggest alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently.
- Liaise with both internal and external support groups and organisations regarding maintenance and support issues.
- Support in the maintenance, upgrade and security of networks and servers.
- To produce and maintain drawings, records, procedures and other documentation.
- To conduct hardware and software asset audits and cleanse all server equipment prior to disposal.
- Provide direct support to the Projects Team in delivery as required.
