We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Service Delivery Assistant for our Client based in Hook. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fault resolution and repair.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the fault management system for work that is assigned to your team.
- Monitoring service requests and change requests awaiting approval.
- Reviewing fault reports to help identify any trends.
- Reviewing outstanding tickets and driving your team to meet KPI's as appropriate.
- Providing the Service Delivery Manager with service level reports where appropriate.
- Assisting in client facing meetings and presentations.
- Obtaining quotes for hardware and software, raising purchase order requests when approved.
- Tracking all purchases through to the delivery to the client.

Essential Skills:
- Proactive, self-motivated and self-starting.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- SC Clearance.

Desirable Skills:
- Experience with IT systems, including hardware and peripherals.
