Have you got great customer service experience and wish to develop your skills and take on a dual role of customer service and administration? Are you happy to work alone managing a busy reception desk yet provide a pivotal administrative support to a team of managers?
The role of Administrator/Receptionist could be a great platform which to develop more of your skills. Your daily tasks include:
*Being the first point of contact for all incoming calls
*Providing a warm and inviting welcome to all site visitors
*Diary management and room bookings for meetings
*Sourcing and obtaining flights/accommodation and booking overseas travel
*Ad-hoc administrative tasks
The ideal Administrator/Receptionist is someone who has a natural ability to talk to people on all levels with ease and who thoroughly enjoys multi-tasking! As you will be undertaking a lot of administrative tasks, you must also be very IT literate, have strong attention to detail and are happy to roll your sleeves up and help when needed!
The role of Administrator/Receptionist would suit you if you are an approachable and customer focused person who wishes to really get involved with a great company.
