An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to become either a 111 or 999 Call Handler.

Taking calls from members of the public, you will need excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Calls could relate to any medical problem, urgent or emergency, so good judgement is needed to make quick, effective decisions.
The ability to gather and input information quickly is also essential.
The role is a different, exciting and challenging yet rewarding. No two days will ever be the same.
