We are recruiting for a fantastic client based in Corporate Offices in Hemel Hempstead. They are seeking a Swedish speaking Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. You will be a point of contact for key clients. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team, at a well known and respected company. Full training will be offered to the right candidate, but customer service, admin and Swedish language skills is essential.

Duties:
Processing customer orders
Creating invoices
Dealing with stock issues
Controlling orders through to completion
Answering incoming enquiries via telephone, and email

Skills:
Excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to work under pressure
Friendly, positive nature
SAP experience would be advantageous
Proactive
Confident and competent communicator
