Our client, one of the UK's leading energy companies, is seeking experienced Customer Service Advisors who wish to secure a long term opportunity within a large successful company. The working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.

Successful candidates will be working with our client's Small to Medium sized business customers in a debt specialist role. The role will involve internal and external customer contact via the phone, discussing matters surrounding their accounts to include overdue payments, obtaining payments and arranging and/or re-negotiating payment terms where required. All associated administration as required also by the department.

Candidate profile:

*Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
*Warm and welcoming telephone manner with a confident and resilient attitude
*Good problem solving skills
*Desire to take ownership of work load and seek solutions to problems

Candidate skills:

*Working knowledge of customer service (either face to face or within a office environment)
*Good Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
*English and Maths at GCSE standard or equivalent
*Good listening skills
*A 'can do' approach
