This is an excellent position to join a reputable company based in Harpenden in their lovely offices. They are looking for an administrator to join their team. This is a varied role so you will never be doing the same thing each day.


*Maintain and update documents.
*Arrange and dispatch of all new location set-ups i.e. Files/First Aid, liaising with managers
*Order, issue and log all PPE equipment for the division.
*Order and preparation/collating of First Aid supplies for all locations
*To be point of contact for new starters to the division in making sure they have all their PPE.
*Being a point of contact for managers/operating staff for admin requirements
*Collation of new project folders to the system and archiving.
*Responsibility for archiving / retrieving documentation in line with procedures.
*Responsible for refreshments for meetings/training when required
*To undertake the placing of sub-contractor orders and invoicing on the Mardak / COINS system (with training).
*Responsibility for the collection and collation of each project's Manual to be issued upon project completion/handover in a timely manner.
*Progress chasing of information required for Manuals from contractors/suppliers
*Filing electronic documents/updating Drawings/typing of Reports
*Printing/copying drawings and post with a record. Devise and operate a system to allow manager's to dictate who the drawings go to.
*Responsible for maintaining revisions to standard forms once created
*Printing of documents for the tendering process and also archiving documents
*Responsibility of collating all holiday forms onto the Group calendar.
*Organise courier collection and deliveries for the division and sign off invoices.
*To provide administration support to the other departments within the division during holiday periods etc.
*To undertake other duties as required
